March 16th, 2019 +4º This mild spell should be over by later today and it shouldn’t have hurt the trails too much, we still have 4 weeks of grooming left so we don’t want the snow to leave just yet. Once things dry out and stiffen up we will be back at the trails again probably late Sunday or Monday. Alan informed us that there are some of the Southside trails that have operations going on, just before the Sutton Road on the Nelson side there is a woods operation, in the Ray Barrieau Lane area another woods operation and in behind the Portage Restaurant at the 4 way intersection the road has been plowed so they can start hauling gravel, please use caution in these areas.
